Had a really great stay for my business trip, glad I've chosen it. In general the stuff where outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room overall was extremely spacious and quiet. Shared bathrooms, that included a bidet, were cleaned daily. I liked the time in this property.

Great location and price. Very friendly staff. Free water dispenser. Train station 5 min walk. Aircon in the room was good.
Bed mattress is thin, gave me a backache. Not perfectly clean, bedsheets had hairs and a stain.

The room had a bidet, the food was delicious with plenty of choices, and the location was great, only a 10-15 minute walk from the Sumo Museum.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds with curtains for privacy. Convenient location near train station and 7-Eleven. Friendly staff, one helpful and funny guy named Yasu. Free towels provided.

Super convenient location near metro stations, spacious and private rooms, lovely and accommodating staff, friendly atmosphere in the common area, great value for money, good food options nearby. Complimentary coffee available in the common area upstairs between 8 and 10am. Hot water, laundry, and hairdryer provided. a mind-blowing experience at an affordable price!

The friendly staff who spoke fluent English were very helpful with directions and road information. the sharing toilet and shower area was clean, and they provided free shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. the location was conveniently close to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city.
The hotel had poor sound-proofing, which made it difficult to rest. there were limited washing machines available, and guests had to pay to use them.

The morning coffee and common area were great, and I loved the cozy tatami room. the elevator was reasonable and there were no complicated electronic keypads. the location was fantastic for Akihabara, with a pleasant walk to get there.
Felt safe walking at night, nothing too much trouble.
